So with the housing market the way it is, I have resigned myself to the fact that I must return to the 9-5 work place, in order to receive steady income. Working on commission only, does give you the freedom to come and go at will however, when nothing is coming in, bills don't go out. I have had my resumes out and have finally accepted a position as an office manager at a chiropractor's office. I am working for a couple of Doctors we go to church with.I feel that the market is not going to get back on track until after the elections. I feel that the up swing or back to where it was, will not be until 2009. So I am going to continue the real estate as a part time job until my license expires.
So, I guess what I am saying at this point is I may be blogging less, or at least try to blog once a month.
